Artificial Evolution - A Segment from a program in NG that discusses the possibilities of the AI and human enhancements in future.
One of my favourite episodes from the series Six Feet Under. Nate is diagnosed with arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a potentially death causing problem. The first scene is the funeral of a chopper enthusiast and his wife. She then gifts her husband's chopper to Nate. Blue Oyster Cult's 'Don't fear the reaper' in the end merges so well with how he feels at that moment - on top of the chopper with wind on his face, unsure about this future, yet happy. I miss my bike. I miss the rush. I miss home. It's Episode 8 of Season 2.
Ven Pongal (Kaara Pongal)
A South Indian specialty done street food style (from Tamil Nadu). To all Non Tamil speaking people: the dish is so simple that it needs no narration whatsoever. I hope you don't mind my taking the liberty to converse completely in Tamil. Most of what I say not related to the dish per se; just some fun talk. I can add annotations in English if something about the recipe is not clear. Thanks.
An excerpt from BBC's 'How art made the world"
This dish mainly goes with poori (which is easy to make, so I haven't shown it in this video). It goes well with dosa too. But not so much with chapathi (may be it does, but I'm not a big fan of that combination). The video goes a little too fast, sorry about that. Let me know if you have any questions.
A simple, everyday meal that is healthy and rich in carbs and protein, eaten in good volumes.
