Villa Feanda fu costruita dai marchesi di Liveri alla fine del 700. La villa fu luogo di incontro della nobiltà napoletana per molti anni e rimase nel suo stato puro fino al 1860. Nel 1856 infatti, la villa fu acquistata dal colonello Giacomo DeVivis, già sindaco di Palma Campania, che dal 1860 al 1870, grazie allaiuto dellallora scenografo del politeama di Napoli, fece ristrutturare la villa dandogli un proprio profilo architettonico. La ristrutturazione infatti aggiunse alla struttura base, dei portici ed una cappella gentilizia che oggi è ancora nel suo stato originario. Oggi villa Feanda, che nel 1993 fu acquistata dalla famiglia Carrella, dopo un importante ripristino dei colori originali e del rifacimento dei prati, si presenta con una struttura dotata di ampi saloni e di una elegante suite. La splendida cornice di verde in cui la villa è immersa ei giardini lussureggianti, fanno di villa Feanda grazie anche alla sua cucina mediterranea il luogo ideale per ricevimenti e meeting di grande prestigio.
