Video ricetta Buitoni - Millefoglie alle fragole. Ingredienti 4 persone - qb farina, qb zucchero semolato, 200 dl di panna fresca, 200 g di fragole fresche, 2 confezioni di pasta sfoglia, 2 uova, 2 dl di latte, un baccello di vaniglia. Preparazione - 40min Cottura - 12min Livello di difficoltà - medio ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Srotolate i rotoli di pasta sfoglia su di una teglia lasciandoli sulla loro carta antiaderente. Bucherellate la superficie di entrambi i rotoli e ricavate otto quadrati, pennellate con acqua e spolverizzate con mandorle affettate e abbondante zucchero semolato. Infornate a 200° per 10 minuti circa. Sbattete i tuorli con 2 cucchiai colmi di zucchero, unite un cucchiaio di farina, la vaniglia e il latte. Mettete a cuocere in una casseruola a fuoco moderato mescolando spesso in modo da ottenere una crema omogenea. Montate la panna a neve ben ferma, incorporatela alla crema fredda e 2/3 delle fragole tagliate a pezzi. Versate la crema su quattro dei quadrati realizzati e coprite con i restanti, decorate con le fragole e spolverizzate con dello zucchero a velo. 2010-03-19T16:24:06.000Z
